President/CEO: Thomas Hofstetter, grew up playing soccer in his native Germany, and continued through adulthood in an over-35 indoor league in the U.S. He built a management consulting group and private equity investment company (Exolution, Inc.), and is the CEO of Points Medical, which provides strategic consulting and outsourcing services to various industries. He is also the father of four soccer-playing children, three of them girls.

CFO: Mary Smoot (973-631-9535) - started her career as a CPA with KPMG in Stamford, Connecticut. She then worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Greenwich Financial Corporation for eight years and worked as a consultant for several companies, primarily in the financial services industry, prior to joining Sky Blue Soccer in June 2009. Smoot has a BSBA from Bucknell University. She is an active volunteer for Bernards High School and the Visiting Nurses Association of Somerset Hills. She has three soccer daughters and a son. In their earlier years of soccer, Smoot has coached all of her children’s teams.
